Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Getawave, we want you to feel confident and excited about your purchase. If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied, we're here to help with our flexible return and exchange options.

Return Eligibility
  • Time Frame: Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and hygiene liners intact.
  • Packaging**: Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns customized items, or sale/clearance items unless faulty.

How to Return an Item


1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at info@getawaveau.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
2. Prepare Your Return: Securely repackage the items and include your order number and return authorization inside.
3. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your item is safely returned.
4. Processing Your Return: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

  • We offer free exchanges (exclude delivery fee) for a different size or color. Contact us within 14 days, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
  • Exchange items must meet the same conditions as returns: unworn, unwashed, with tags and hygiene liners intact.


Faulty or Damaged Items

In the rare event you receive a faulty or damaged item:

  • Please contact us immediately at [email] with your order number and photos of the fault or damage.
  • We will arrange a free return and provide a replacement or full refund.


Final Sale Items

Please note that items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

International Returns

For orders outside Australia, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs for international returns are the customer’s responsibility. Please note that any duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.
